Vicky's Salsa recipe - from the Our Favorite Recipes Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 1 large can Whole peeled tomatoes (not stewed, plain peeled tomatoes)
• 1 Medium White Onion (I use 1/4-1/2 whole onion, your choice)
• 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
• 1-3 small Jalape�o Serano peppers (I take the seeds out, but your choice on how hot you want it)
• 4-5 medium garlic cloves (May add a couple more if you like with a couple of shakes of garlic salt)
