Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups (156g/5.5oz) plain flour
• 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp (100g/3.5oz) vegan butter
• 1/4 cup (60mL/2oz) ice cold water
• 1/3 cup almond meal
• 2 punnets (500g/17oz) strawberries, hulled and cut in half
• 2 Tbsp cornflour
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1/4 cup (60ml/2oz) Maple Syrup
• 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
