Janice & Jill's Mint Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Sugar
• 3/4 cup Butter No Substitutes (1 1/2 stick)
• 6 eggs beaten
• 24 ounces Hershey's Syrup
• 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups Powdered Sugar
• 3/4 cup butter softened
• 6 drops green food coloring
• 3 Tablespoons Water
• 1 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
• 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter 1 square
