Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • Preheat oven to 450F and line a large baking tray with a silicon mat or baking parchment.
  • Cut cauliflower into chunky florets and put to one side.
  • Add milk, water, flour, garlic salt, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper to large bowl. Mix together then add cauliflower florets.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip cauliflower half way through. (keep oven on after this step).
  • Melt butter and stir in hot sauce.
  • Remove cauliflower from oven and brush on hot sauce. Turn the cauliflower over to brush sauce on both sides.
  • Bake again for 10-15 minutes until dark golden. Serve with your favorite dip.
