• 1 cup fresh basil leaves
• 3 lbs honey
• 1 gallon water
• 1 packet Lalvin 71B-1122 yeast
• 1 tsp yeast nutrient
• 1 tsp pectic enzyme
• 1 tsp acid blend
• 1 crushed Campden tablet
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 vanilla bean, split
• 1 lemon, zest and juice
• 1 cup white sugar
