• 1 cup maple syrup
• 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 large carrots)
• 1 1/2 cups pecans
• 1 1/2 cups walnuts
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
