Golden Cardamon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup soy milk
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 4 tablespoons ground flax or flax meal
• 10 tablespoons warm water
• 12 tablespoons of vegan butter
• 1.5 cups of white sugar
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
• 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp ground cardamom
• ½ tsp Kola Goodies Golden Glow (w/ notes of nutmeg and turmeric)
