Ingredients

• 2 cups onion, chopped
• 2 lb lean ground beef
• 28 oz Kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
• 2 cans pinto beans, undrained
• 2 cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 can Ro*Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
• 24 oz frozen mixed vegetables
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 4 cups water
• salt and pepper
