Ingredients

• 8 ounces noodles, medium sized
• 1 can tomato sauce, 15 oz
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
• 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 medium green pepper, 3 oz chopped
• 1 cup sliced green onions, with tops (about 7 onions)
• 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
