- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 15 gram flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 large free-range eggs
- 150 gram fresh breadcrumbs
