Green Eggs Quiche - Baby Led Kitchen
This Dr Zeus inspired dish was made in honour of World Book Day, but I liked the recipe so much I have added it to the collection! Serve with or without ham.
Ingredients
- Eggs: 3
- Spinach: 2 handfuls
- Tinned Garden Peas: 170g
- Fresh Basil: 2 handfuls
- Lemon: Juice of 1/3
- Lazy Garlic: 1 level tsp
- Soft Cheese: 2 tbsp
- Mature Cheddar: A handful, grated (optional)
