- 10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped (I use good quality dark chocolate)
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup flour, sifted
- 1 pinch salt
- confectioners' sugar, for dusting (I use icing mixture)
