• 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 lime, juiced
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 bunch coriander, sprigs picked and roots finely chopped (or replace with parsley)
• 1.5kg chicken wingettes
• 3 tsp cornflour
