Ingredients

• 1 tbsp active dry yeast
• 1 1/2 cups warm water ((110° to 115°))
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 5 1/2 - 6 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
• 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (patted dry, chopped)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tbsp butter (melted)
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1-2 tbsp fat-free milk
