• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 eggs, beaten with 1 tbs water
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil (extra) to fry
• 200g Brussel sprouts
• 1 small bunch curly kale, stems removed
• 1⁄2 cup freshly grated pecorino
