Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c pistachios, coarsely chopped
• 1/3 c fresh lime juice
• 1/3 c honey
• 1/4 c chopped purple onion
• 1 tsp dried crushed red peper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
• 3/4 c vegetable oil
