Ingredients

• 1 package Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin
• 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, washed and dried
• 1 large shallot, peeled and minced
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
• Olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• Red pepper flakes, to taste
• 8 ounces short-cut pasta of your choice
• 2 cups mushrooms, well-washed and roughly chopped
• 2 cups spinach leaves, roughly chopped
