Ingredients

• 4 tbsp onions med thinly sliced then finely chopped
• 200 g crème fraiche or cream cheese
• 120 g Greek yogurt full-fat
• 3 tbsp dry sherry
• 60 g butter unsalted
• 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves only no stalks
• 1/2 lemon zest only
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
