Ingredients
- Approx 700g chicken breast, diced
- 400ml chicken stock
- 100ml milk
- 100ml double cream
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- Two handfuls of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tin of sweetcorn, drained
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove of crushed garlic or a teaspoon of easy/lazy garlic
- Ready rolled Puff Pastry
- Beaten egg/Milk (Optional)
