Meat and Cheesy Lasagna Roll ups

Ingredients

• 12 pieces lasagna noodles
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jar or can (26 oz) pasta sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp ground pepper
• 2-3 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese + 1 cup for topping
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/8 tsp ground pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
