• 2 apples, approximately 2 cups peeled, cored, diced

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1-2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• 2 egg whites
