Ingredients: 7 t-bones washed and cleaned; 1 tablespoon crushed garlic; 1 teaspoon red chilli paste; 1 tablespoon vinegar; 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce; 1 tablespoon Robertson BBQ spice; 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice); 1 teaspoon gori mas pepper steak spice ( if you do not have use crushed red chilli and crushed pepper ); Salt to taste ( taste first because spices are already salty ); ¼ cup Spurs BBQ sauce; 2 tablespoons steers hot peri sauce; 1 tablespoon steers garlic sauce; 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
