Ingredients

• 1 bag of Antica Cantina Street Kitchen Soft Tacos 15 cm
• 1 tbsp of oil
• 1 large red onion, diced
• 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
• 1 Hokaido pumpkin, seeds removed, cut into cubes
• 1 red pepper, cut into small pieces
• some Salt, Pepper
• 100 g black beans, cooked. (Or alternatively 1 can of kidney beans)
• 1 jar of Antica Cantina Salsa Dip Mild, Medium or Hot
• 3 spring onions, sliced
• 1 jar of Antica Cantina Nacho Cheese Dip
