- 2 tsp. Clabber Girl® Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 Tbsp. butter, at room temperature
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- Fruit and Glaze:
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 2 1/2 C. powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 – 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 pints fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
