Limoncello Tiramisu
This is the zippiest, most delicious tiramisu ever. It's got three types of lemon in it: limoncello, lemon curd and lemon zest. Yum!
Ingredients
- 300ml water
- 150g caster sugar
- 1 lemon's zest and juice
- 100ml limoncello
- 2 packets lady finger biscuits
- 5 eggs, divided into yolk and whites
- 100g caster sugar
- 500g mascarpone
- 1 lemon zested
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 lemon, cut into segments
