Made-rite Loose Meat Recipe - Creative Foods by Chef Dave Dettman

Ingredients

• 1 pound Ground Beef 85/15
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp Ground Black pepper
• 1/2 cup onions (chopped finely)
• 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Low sodium Soy sauce
• 1 tsp ground horseradish (optional gives extra zip)
• 1 Tsp Beef Base
• 1/2 Cup water (As needed to keep meat moist )
• 2 pinch Turbinado sugar (aka Sugar in the raw)
• 4 each Soft Buns (Hawaiian or Swedish Buns)
• 4 tsp Prepared Mustard
• 8 each Dill Pickle slices
