• 1/2 cup red onions, finely minced

• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
• 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
• 2 cups chicken breast, chopped
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup green cabbage, julienned
• 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
• 4 cups rice bran oil or canola oil
• 12 egg roll wrappers
• 2 avocados, sliced into 24 pieces
• 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon milk
• fresh parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
• jarred sweet chili sauce, to taste, for serving
