• 100 g strawberries
• 100 g Bettine pearls
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1/2 small red onion
• 35 g walnuts
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp honey
