- 1 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour (sifted--but we'll do that together in the podcast)
