Helena's Coconut Chocolate Ladoo recipe - The Great British Bake Off
These little snowballs are made from a delicious milk curd packed with coconut and filled with a rich chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
- 1 litre whole milk
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 75ml double cream
- 12g unsalted butter
- 75g 70% dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 55g caster sugar
- 165g unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 2–3 tbsp condensed milk
