• 2 HONEY MAID Cinnamon Grahams, finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
• 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
• ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 Tbsp. sugar, divided
• 1 whole egg
• 2 egg whites
• 2 tsp. instant tapioca
• 1 cup pitted tart cherries in water, drained with liquid reserved
