• 1/3 cup dried cranberries
• 1 3/4 carrots
• 3/4 potatoes
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 3 cups vegetable broth
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 small parsley root
• 1 large onion
• 1 pinch of sugar
• 1 small chopped chive
• Salt and pepper
