• 500 g mealy potatoes
• 200 g celeriac
• 1 red-skinned apples
• 1 organic lemons
• 30 g walnut kernels
• 80 g cranberries from a jar
• 2 tsp salt
• a little pepper
• ½ bunch dill
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 dl white wine
