- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese finely grated
- 1 pinch Sea Salt to taste
- 1/2 SuperValu Avocado peeled and stoned
- 80 g SuperValu Fresh Basil
- 2 tbsp SuperValu Pine Nuts
- 3 tbsp Water plus more if necessary
