German salad

Ingredients

• 3 lg cooked potatoes
• 1/2 lb franfurters
• 1/2 lb cooked spare rib meat
• 1 sm tin herrings in tomato
• 1 sm tin herrings in cream
• 1 sm tin tuna
• 2 apples
• 3 hard boiled eggs
• 3 gerkins
• 2 cooked beetroot
• 1 onion
• creme fraiche
• 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
• vinegar and oil
• salt and pepper
