Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut and washed
• Add 2 small cinnamon sticks
• 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon Dana (coriander seeds crushed fine)
• 1 teaspoon jiro (fine cumin seeds)
• 1 teaspoon coarse red chillies
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)
• Pinch of saffron
