• 2 oranges, scrubbed clean
• 1 1/2 lb (675 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, halved lengthwise
• 1 tbsp (30 ml) honey
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
• 1 lb (450 g) radishes, quartered
• ¾ lb (340 g) yellow or red beets, scrubbed clean, cut into 1/8 inch (3 mm) slices
• 1 plum, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
• ¾ cup (90 g) crumbled feta cheese
