Ingredients

• 8 ounces Mushrooms (Trimmed and Finely Chopped)
• 1 Medium Onion (Peeled and Finely Chopped)
• 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
• 1 TBSP Oil
• 3/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
• 7 TBSP Ketchup (Divided)
• 1 Cup Breadcrumbs (I prefer Panko, but use what you got)
• 1/3 Cup Milk
• 2 Large Eggs (Beaten)
• 1 1/4 Pound Ground Turkey (Extra Lean, 92%)
