• 1 teaspoon rough chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon garlic crushed

• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

• Salt to taste (approx 1 teaspoon rough salt)
• 125g butter (I used a little less)
• 4 tablespoon tomato puree
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• Salt to taste (approx 1 level teaspoon fine salt)
• Lemon juice to taste
