Ingredients

• 1 lb (454 g) lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup (62 g) bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) ketchup
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• Canola oil, for frying
• 2 russet potatoes, peeled and thinly julienned with a mandolin
• 4 hamburger buns
• Ketchup
• 1 cup (160 g) pickled sweet banana peppers, sliced
