German potsto salad with albacore tuna

Ingredients

• 2 servings
• 1 1/3 lbs potatoes
• 3.5 oz smoked bacon, in cubes
• 2 cans Sea Tales albacore tuna (5 oz each), drained
• 2 tbsp cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup vegetable stock
• handful silver onions
• 1 handful chives, chopped
• handfull parsley, chopped
• salt and pepper
