Ingredients

• 2 and a ½ cups of McCain Pumpkin Cubes
• 1 cup of McCain Sweet Potato Chunks
• 1 cup of McCain Diced Carrots
• 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 tablespoon of garlic
• 2 sachets of liquid vegetable stock
• 4 cups of boiling hot water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon spice
• Sprinkle of paprika
• Sprinkle of ginger spice
• 2 allspice
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 165ml of coconut cream
