Sonoran Hot Dogs - Field

Ingredients

• 4 jalepeños, stemmed, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• salt
• 8 hot dog buns
• ketchup, yellow mustard and other toppings as desired
• 3 plum tomatoes, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1/2 small red onion, diced
• 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
• lime juice
