• 1 oz (30g) hot Genoa salami
• 1 oz (30g) hot Capocollo salami
• 1 oz (30g) Pepperoni, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup cherry tomatoes (different colors)
• 1 oz (30g) Shiitake mushrooms
• 1-2 oz (30-60g) Kalamata olives
