Ingredients

• ½ can of pizza sauce (I use store bought but you can make yours)
• half of Easy Pizza Dough Recipe (search for it on my website)
• 3.5 oz (100g) Sausage, sliced (use Chorizo if you feeling brave)
• 1oz (30g) Bacon Strips, fried
• ½ cup lactose free Mozzarella, shredded
• 1-2 medium size tomatoes, sliced
• loads of hot banana peppers, as many as you think you can take
• ½ cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sauteed
• little Basil or Parsley, chopped
• pinch of Pepper
