• 4 cups halved peaches (about 2 29oz cans)
• 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice divided
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon cloves
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup butter melted
