• 1 tin of baked beans in tomato sauce
• 15-20 slices of polony
• ½ a small onion (chopped)
• 3 tablespoons oil
• ¼ cup liquidised tinned tomato or passata
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ¾ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
• ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
• ¼ teaspoon crushed ginger
• Chopped coriander
