• 2 cups Organic 6 Grain Hot Cereal Mix
• 1/2 cup Raw Shelled Sunflower Seeds
• 2 1/2 cups Milk
• 2/3 cups Butter
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Evaporated Cane Juice
• 1 cup Unbleached White Flour
• 1 cup Dates (Chopped)
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 tsp Bakins Soda
