• 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup White Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
• 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
• 10 ounces of baby spinach leaves
• A small handful of fresh dill, chopped
• 1 pint of strawberries, quartered {or more}
• 2 oz. package of pecan halves, toasted
