• 3 breasts chicken breast
• 2 leafs bay leafs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tsp frozen chopped garlic
• 250 g sliced mushrooms
• 250 g spinach
• 100 g butter
• 100 g plain flour
• 750 ml milk
• 1 tsp English mustard
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• 10 sheets lasagne sheets
• 50 g grated parmesan
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 handful breadcrumbs
